Coaching for Stregnth and Health focuses on building stronger, more capable body while supporting your overall wellbeing. Sessions personalised to your goals, ability and lifestyle, combining effective strength training with guidance on movement, recovery and healthy habits. This approach isnt about a quick fix - its about creating sustainable results that help you feel better, move with confidence and stay strong long-term.
All Personal Traning is located at Round1 gym you do not need to be a member to have a 1 2 1 sessions with me.
Sports Massage is hands-on treatment designed to support recovery, reduce muscle tension and improve movement. weather you train regularly, feel tight or sore, or dealing with niggles from everyday activities, treatments are tailored to your body and your needs. Sports massage can help improve flexability, support injury preventionand keep you moving comfortably as part of an active lifestyle.
Massaging can be done at Round1 gym or the comfort of your own home.
Diet and Nutrition support focuses on helping you build healthier eating habits that support your training, energy levels and overall wellbeing. Guidence is practical and realistic, tailored to your lifestlye rather that strict meal plans or restrictions. The aim is to help you fuel your body properly, feel better day-to-day and support long-term health.
Nutrition plans can be done either in person or over a video call as long as i understand your needs, a consultation will be needed to determin best plan for yourself.
My story
Hi, my name is Lucian Mason. I served in the British Army for six years, during which i gained a range of valuble life skills. I also worked closley alongside the PTI, supporting Battery and Regiment physical training activities such as runs, circuits and other conditioning sessions.
i started going to the gym in 2019 and despite going through two lockdowns, i never stopped traning. This consistancy led me into bodybuilding, which has become a major passion of mine. Helping people is something i truly care about. I have been through a lot in life, but those expierences have taught me important lessons especially around mental health and i am able to support others through difficult times.
The gymfor me, is a powerful distractionfrom lifes challanges, and i strongly believe that fitness is for everyone, regardlesss of background, expierience or disability. My goal is to help others achieve their goals while continuing to learn and develop my own skills.
Looking ahead i aim to compete in Bodybuilding and take part in a strongman event in the future.
I am proffessionally qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer, with additional qualifications in boxing pad work and classes, Level 3 sports massage, and nutrionist. I am commited to continued learning and plan to undertake further courses as my career progresses.
